Pedalboard Cable Kit - 10 foot Review

Excellent storage

I have 3 of these with extension yokes. I tend to play my guitars more when they are out of the cases and displayed. You get 7-10 electric guitars on each stand or 6 acoustic guitars on each stand if you add the yokes. Buy it!!!

I was hesitant to make the jump to solderless cables. I have a decent sized board and a pedal switcher(so basically double the cables) and I was afraid of cable failure. I had nothing to worry about. After a year of having these cables on a gigging pedalboard amd swapping pedals/ a full rebuild of my board all cables still work perfect. Just take your time making them, test each… read more cable and they will work. Plus...who is yanking on a cable??? Pull it out by the plug! I would buy these again and again.

Great Custom Cables

Now that I'm a bit older and a tad wiser (I'm not constantly changing my pedal line up) I figured it was time to clean up my board by getting rid of the hodgepodge of various cables. These fittings worked exactly as advertised and the handy tools that are included we helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that a bunch of noise was also taken out of the through put of the board. When… read more I'm not playing things are absolutely quiet. The fittings feel really strong like you could hang off of them with all your body weight and there is nothing screwed together that you have to keep tightening from time to time. The one complain I have is plenty of cable comes with the set but of course I needed one more cable to complete the board - the kit makes 5 cables, I needed 6. D'Addario offers fitting ends in pairs via SW but $... - yikes. I'll save the star deduction for that review.

Great cable kit

I was a little apprehensive of a kit like this. However, it worked great and allowed for the assembly of a very neat pedal board.
