I don't understand the magic, but it's great to have a cable that doesn't make my amp "pop" when plugging/unplugging the guitar.
Life is too short to use bad cables.

Very nice wider frequency coverage with excellent clarity. I have compared this cable to my other top end cables and this is the best for sure. You can feel the difference and response. Heavy duty construction with a thicker cable but acceptable weight and flexibility. I actually like the silent plug feature and seems to work well when unplugging the guitar while the amp is on… read more eliminating a giant pop and hum from an open cable.

I used to use Monster Cables and had to keep getting new ones because they would go bad. Monster would replace them but it was a major inconvenience. I tried the Plant Waves cable with the latching stage kill switch but I had to keep trimming the cable and reattaching it to the plug after awhile and the plug is quite bulky. It was a decent cable. I was searching for a better cable… read more that was durable and sounded great that had the kill switching capabilities also. This cable is expensive but after trying it soon after I got it I was blown away. For a 20 foot cable there is NO signal loss and you can just tell by the feel of the cable it is thick and durable and made to last. The hands free kill switch is awesome. Use it like a regular cable. That's it! No more fumbling around to find the kill switch on the plug. No popping or cracking and buzzing and hissing when you disconnect from the guitar! Can't beat the guarantee either. This will be the last cable I will have had to purchase. Worth every penny! Thanks for my rep Wayne Wildman for all the input and info on this product and the quick response. Super fast delivery too. Sweetwater is the best!!!
