Padding is very good, materials and construction are well above average and it will protect my guitar. It's worth the money and similar or better construction than some more expensive gig bags I've seen. I wish it had one more pocket like others do, but overall, I think this is the best bang for your buck. Many thanks to the guys at Sweetwater for helping me find this item.
Great (but beware of you have prs locking tuners)

Great little gig bag for he storage and LIGHT gigging. I did add additional neck support to this bag as my PRS SE 245 has the PRS locking tuners, these tuners have a higher height and their profile protrudes out. This could cause additional impacts so I added a thicker more fitted neck pad than the one that comes with the case to compensate and add protection.

I've had mine for 7 years now and its the only one Ive used for that whole time of heavy gigging and traveling on a regular basis. Not necessarily for national touring bc you definitely need a hard case for that but if you gig heavy in the city this is perfect. Just be careful of the bottom on the inside, as with most gig bags thats where youll see the most wear and tear. Although… read more still have yet to develop a hole there.

Sturdy, well-made gig bag that should be adequate protection for anything short of a backwoods tour on the rural roadhouse circuit. Almost as good as a hardshell case without the weight or the bulk. A bit more expensive than a generic bag, but then, a PRS isn't a generic guitar! It's worth the difference. And Sweetwater's service is absolutely second to none!
