Leaves lint on the strings

Might be OK for polishing the guitar body, but is terrible for strings. Large pieces of lint wrap around the strings and are hard to get off. And as another reviewer mentioned, it continues to happen no matter how many times you wash the cloth.

Almost great, but not quite.

This cloth really does a great job cleaning fingerprints and other smudges from poly or lacquer finishes. And it does so gently, without leaving scratches or swirls. But there is one major fault. The cloth leaves behind fine, gray lint that is shed from the cloth. Even repeated washings don't help. Excellent Cloth for Your Axe

Excellent product! The Fender polish cloths are nice and large and make it easy to keep your axes clean. The microfibers are very soft and the material is thick enough to make it durable. I hand wash mine once in a while, but they can be machine washed and dried to make 'em like new too (don't use a dryer sheet).

Best cloth I've ever used

This is by far the best cleaning cloth I have ever used. These cloths are just the right size, highly durable and easy to clean. I really like the fact that the cloth is big enough that you can use one half to apply a wax to your instrument and the other half to buff it off. I usually get around a year out of each cloth and that is with being washed after every time I give my… read more guitars a good cleaning. I use this with the Dunlap 65 series guitar care products and I'm very satisfied.
