Great Toggle Switch
This toggle switch was a replacement for one on a Charvel that I got that came with a busted switch. It was all loose and still worked but it wouldn't stay in place. I decided to just get another all together. I had seen this and thought it was a lot smaller looking than the oversized ones that come on Charvel models. This is more of a Les Paul style and size. It actually looks… read more and fits perfectly. I love it because it's so smooth and easy to flip into positions. Nothing bad to say. It's totally worth the money.
Great Switch, Easy To Install
Very nice quality switch that's easy enough to install. Quite pricey. Knocked it a star for the same reason as a previous reviewer: it does not come with a wiring diagram. Take out the line in the description that says it does, and it gets 5 stars.
Nice quality, but expensive
This switch is very nice quality, and includes pre-soldered wiring to easily connect to your guitar pots. The product itself is made very well. However, I had to take off two stars. First because of the price tag. It's just too expensive for such a small part. Secondly, the description says "A '50s-style Les Paul wiring diagram is included with each toggle assembly." Lies. There… read more was no wiring diagram of any kind included, which was partly why I bought this. I even checked the Mojotone company website and could not find one there. I had to find random wiring diagrams online, and with some trial and error and troubleshooting, I was able to get it to work finally.
Good Quality Switch
I just replaced the broken switch in my Epiphone Les Paul with this and it feels so much more robust and solid. The prewired switch made it quicker to just solder to the pots and jack and I was up and running. Could be in my head, but I swear my guitar sounds better. Maybe better contacts? Good upgrade for Epiphones either way.
Good replacement switch for my les Paul.
The switch works great. I had to replace the switch in my Les Paul and this was highly recommended by Mike Defraties. It took about 1 hour from start to back to jamming again. It didn't plug straight into the wiring harness like the orginal. I had to solder the wires together but after I did and put it back together everything worked like it was new again. Thanks to Mike and to… read more Sweetwater because after years of being my go to source they have never let me down.
