Had a steel stand in the living room, not right! We have nice hardwood floors and we want a guitar out ready to play! This stand is portable and small but handles the semi hollow guitar just fine! It looks great and adds to our natural setting. Use the steel stand for the gigs. Nice product!

Was keeping my Bangitar on the Cooperstand Pro G It's a beautiful stand, easy to operate and securely holds several types of instruments. However, the wood on the leg hinges is very VERY thin. Apparently, I accidentally applied too much pressure and the leg snapped in 2 pieces. Have tried to repair but due to the curvature on the leg, attaching a clamp was impossible. I would… read more have given it 4.5 stars, had it not been for this design flaw, and that it wouldn't hold my Thunderbird Bass, No wonder they post a disclaimer on it. Probably have lots of "accidental" breakage .
