Amazing Little Wood Wonder

I had no idea that this little stand would be so solid and so well made. I have used it with both electric and acoustic guitars and it works perfectly. My recommendation would be the Birch model because of the weight. The plastic models, while less expensive, are also hollow and I did not feel comfortable with them. Great For Guitars Under 200 Pounds

This is a good item that got questionable reviews. It was exactly what I was looking for when moving back and forth between tasks. Very steady and unobtrusive. Someday I'll find a 200 pound guitar loaded with automated intelligence and give it a "real" test until then it holds my big fat J-45 acoustic and slim profile D'Angelico hollow body firmly and securely while I switch tasks… read more and then return to playing, while designing sounds, on a guitar modeler. Pretty darn neat

This little dude is pretty awesome and it just looks cool. Being a clumsy oaf I tend to bang into everything and knock over anything not nailed down and the biggest surprise for me is how sturdy and stable this small stand is on this 1970's carpet in this old house, on this carpet its like a weeble it wobbles but it don't fall down. I sat it on the hardwood area in another room… read more just to see how well it did on that surface and it was great and again it just really neat looking like a little work of art really. The guitar stays in place on it really well with the protective strips on it that is for sure. I will be getting more of these for my other old guitars And before I forget it folds up so cool and so small so if you gotta pack it anywhere it makes it really easy to do that. I think its great and would recommend it to anyone.
