Everything I have ever ordered from Robby Reznik at Sweetwater has been excellent and exactly like he explains. These Monster cables are the best! I've been using them since the eighties. Robby and Sweetwater Rocks!

Since I bought my first m rock monster cables a decade ago, I've never had an issue with them. When all else failed these cords have yet to let me down. I'm a musician and these cords are used day and night. They are durable, "HIGH" quality cords, built to last!

Shame on me (fooled me twice)

I don't know what it is about expensive monster instrument cables -- I lost money on them. I bought 2 top-end high $$ monster prolink instrument cables (guitar) here several years back. They both failed within a year straight away -- after a lot of phone call BS with monster, I sent them back and they did replace them, and I just them kept them unused as spares. I finally opened read more them after 2 years on the shelf untoched and both had noise galore through my amp. The other guitar player in my band at the time gave me a regular standard low-end cable to replace it and in the same setup it became dead quiet after swapping out the high-end monster. Overpriced, oversold, all gold flash but no reliability. What's the point replacing them again if 4 out of 4 were bad? Bye bye monster.

Awesome, but will not solve noise issues.

I purchased two of these because I had been getting a tremendous amount of noise from my guitar amplifier. We were practicing one evening and my amp was making so much noise that I could barely play it. Our bass player threw me this cable and immediately upon plugging it in the noise stopped. (It was almost like I put a noise gate on my pedal board!) I bought two of these for read more my next show ($120.00) and the noise was still there. I understand that an instrument cable is just that. I found, however, that I could get the exact same results from the "Classic" series which is much less expensive. Still a great cable, but if you are on a budget they are a little pricey.

Full tone

I was very surprised at how much richer and warmer the tone was over a generic cord I had been playing through. Definitely my new standard.
