PT-PBK Pedal-Booster - Combo Kit Review

Excellent upgrade for the Pedaltrain!

The Pedaltrain "Pedal-Boosters" are very helpful! These heavy-duty wedges of metal raise the effects pedals and tilt them slightly. This allows much better access to a second row of effects! They come in 3 sizes, to fit most large/small pedals. The "Pedal-Boosters" attach with Velcro, or can be bolted down for a more permanent mounting. I have 3 Pedaltrains from "Junior" to… read more "Grande," and these will work with any of them. I especially like them on the smaller "Junior," with everything on the second row raised. The "Pedal-Boosters" are a great help for the accuracy of my footswitching. I have had issues with my balance in recent years, so raising the second row of pedals make them much more accessible. I highly recommend the "Pedal-Boosters" for the Pedaltrain (or compatible pedalboards!)

These are awesome! I love a sloped board but hate stepping over the first tier. These make that very easy to do!

Pedal Boosters for Pedaltrain boards

The combo pack worked perfectly for my needs on my pedal board. They raised the back row of pedals just enough to make it easy to hit the foot switches without hitting the controls of the lower row of pedals. I had been fighting this problem for a while and decided to finally act and get these boosters. Pedaltrain PT-PBK Pedal-Booster - Combo Kit

These boosters work great and have made my Pedaltrain PT2 much easier to use when selecting pedals on the 2nd tier. I was considering getting a switching system and a larger pedal board which I didn't really want to do. I prefer to keep things simple and these boosters have enabled me to do that. As simple as the concept is, they work great and look great on my PT2.

Very pleased with how well these very simple little gadgets work. I'm surprised they don't come standard with their pedalboards. I would have never thought to buy them, had I not played next to a guy who had them.
