I was looking forward to this cable...sounds funny but I have traditionally spent as little as possible on cables...finally decided with a new amp I would buy what seemed to be a high quality cable. The circuit breaker button works while pressed but once you remove your finger the signal resumes...it doesn't actually turn it on and off. Maybe I just have a bad one, since everyone… read more else seems to rave about these. I took awhile to actually use mine after purchase (dumb...I know) so I think it's too late for any warranty assistance or anything. If you buy, try it immediately...

This is a perfect cord for working musicians switching instruments without the need to turn down the volume. Has worked flawlessly for yearsand cant imagine gigging without it.

Once someone showed me how it worked, it's great. The on/off button is a little hard to see the position it's in. But then again I'm old. By the way, ilove the new Ibanez bass. Just having trouble remembering arewhere my notes are on the top two strings. (again old).
