Does not make full contact with guitar (s) tried 3 guits it doesnt fully connect and makes short-out sounds and it's so stiff it's like dragging romexwire around.. great idea.. horrible result. No reflection on Sweetwater.. but this product bites

I"ve been using these circuit breaker cables for years and I totally love them. Never had one break and with the push of a button you can disconnect your guitar and have no noise or load on your amp while you change guitars or take 5. Awesome.

I needed new a cable to run from my volume pedal to the amp. Last year I Bought The D"Addario planet Waves circuit breaker cable for a different set up I have, ( a smaller one). When I need to change the Basses all I have to do is hit the button. I wasn"t sure if I needed one for my bigger rig. After a bad experience I thought I should get a Nother one. After a gig someone… read more was helping me break down,and just yank the cable out of my bass while everything was still on, you can imagine what kind of sound that was coming from my amp. So I bought a 20" D"Addario planet wave cable with the latch.

Right out of the box. Did not work period ! No sign of any audio. In other words DOA. Also had an immediate tendency to curl up. Would not recommend to anyone. Sweetwater thankfully had no problem taking this back and I thank them for their service
