Good cable, but set up gives concern

I like the idea of this. I also like D'Addario cables -- I use a ton of their custom patch cables without issue. When this came it did not work. I was stuck, should I pull the ends and test them or just ask for refund? I tightened the screws (hoping I could still return it) and now the cable seems to be working. But both ends were lose. It was a 10 sec fix and cost me nothing,… read more but now I am just a little worried about this cable. It was just a bad first impression of a vital part of my rig. Concerns me that it was not tested before it left the factory.

Very nice and functional cable. Great for gigs as it allows plugging in while amp is hot. All good. My other cable is a mogami with the neutrik plug. This one works just as well and was half the price!!
