If you need a 2x12 for any reason at all this is the one you need. I'll be a lifelong Mesa fan now after owning this for about 8 months and enjoying every second of it.

I bought this cab to use with a Mesa Rectoverb 25 Head and a Friedman JJ Jr Head. The cab sounds great with both heads and the grille is a perfect match to both heads. Compared this cab and the Friedman 2x12 vertical cab. The Friedman is rear ported has China made Celestion speakers and is more expensive. The Mesa has Uk made Celestion speakers, casters and a slip cover. A much… read more better value than the Friedman.

I bought this cabinet to replace a 1x12 cab that I was using with my Mesa Triple Crown 50 watt head. Man, what a difference! Besides this cabinet sounding full and projecting beautifully, it is really nice to look at as well. Very solidly built, as all Mesa Boogie products are.
