The feel, the looks, the play-ability, the tonal options, the color (wow)... This piece rocks!! I waited for almost a year to arrive, but Mann, it was totally worth the wait!! I had a few PRS guitars before and was not really happy with them. This newer version caught my eye the Blue burst is beautiful. Nice violin carve top. It looks amazing and plays great. However there is only one concern that I might have, and it does not reflect the playability of the guitar. The body is made up of several pieces of mahogany and the stain color on the back shows… read more it. Some pieces of wood are dark some are light. Not a deal breaker for me considering the price. There are a few mods that I did to the guitar just to make it a step even better. The first thing I did was to purchase a set of PRS SE locking tuners. Nicer looking and easier to change strings Then I upgraded the pickups to Seymour Duncan Hot Rod Humbuckers. Trembucker at the bridge and a Jazz in the neck. Now I have a Fantastic guitar for a fraction of the cost of a US model. Plus they don't offer a USA Custom 24 anymore.
