I bought a SmallBox earlier in the year and wanted a 1x12 to match for smaller gigs. Friedman amps and cabs are flawless works of art. Boutique Amps Distribution has some of the absolute best tolex work and their cabs are built like tanks with the best materials. I own a DirtyShirley 40 with matching 1x12 so I ended up swapping the creamback to an alnco cream since I didn't need… read more 2 1x12's with the same speaker. Man, such an absolute incredible sounding amp and cab. Couldn't' be happier and SweetWater is amazing as always.

Fits perfectly on with the smallbox head. The cab is incredible, sounds as large as my 2x12"s. I"m blown away! Big thanks to Jozy Franco for all his help with my order!!!

I was somewhat concerned about purchasing this extension based on the previous review, but after receiving this, along with a 2018 model Small Box head, I can assure you that they match perfectly in every detail. The size, tolex and piping all match the head exactly. It both sounds and looks perfect.
Doesn’t match with the Smallbox head

Unfortunately.....this cab doesn"t fit my 2014 Smallbox head. It"s the same size as my Dirty Shirley cab for my DS40 head. The Smallbox hangs over both edges by about 3/4". It sounds sounds good, a little on the smooth side but that"s the Creamback 65 for you....dark sounding greenback. I can only assume current SB50 heads are smaller in size to match this cab model.
