Worth the price

As a player who changes tuning regularly, on multiple guitars, I needed a tuner that was precise and accurate. I already had a Peterson pedal board tuner and love it. I need a clip on for the accoustics, and my old standby(not a Peterson) was failing, so I replaced it with a newer modelfrom the same manufacterer. They had changed their display on the new model and I didn't… read more like it even though the new one was rechargeable. Based on the pedal board Peterson, I took the plunge and bought the clip on version. Yes it is expensive but it performs exactly like the big brother, and is exactly what I needed. It is totally worth the money.

My repairmen pals have always had Peterson Strobe tuners and this one definitely lets me catch up! I'm not only hearing the improvements (12 guitars (1 electric 12), a Nashville tuned, 2 mandolins, Jazz bass, 2 lap steels (C6th and E with benders)and violin), I am having fun tuning up! How marvelous! I even could check out my harmonicas! Too cool!

This is the best clip-on tuner on the market IMO. Lots of options and settings to choose from and easy to use! I highly recommend it!

This is my first "Strobe" clip-on type tuner, and the reason I bought it was for adjusting the intonation on my guitars and the price was very reasonable for a strobe type tuner. My other standard clip-on style tuners seemed to have trouble syncing in on the 12th fret octave. This one has no problem sensing all octaves and positions. It works as advertised.

You can't get a more accurate tuner than this. Sure, it costs more than most. But it's worth it. The quality and features are second to none. The stroboscopic view makes it so easy to tune. I only use this tuner and my Strobostomp pedal.
