These cables should be great, but they are so finicky going into the jacks that it's nearly impossible to create a cable that doesn't short itself. I've made hundreds of cables in my day, and these are the worst experience I have ever seen. I've had to remake every cable multiple times, and it's just so frustrating. Price is a little steep, but was able to wire up 8 pedals. Super low profile jacks and small wire is surprisingly noiseless, and more flexible than you'd think. Really easy to put together: you must watch the YouTube video on how to assemble, its almost necessary. Its unfortunate that the enclosed instructions weren't as detailed. Ive had a change of heart over the past 24 hours. I hated this kit the first day I got it because I was having trouble building the cables properly. Once I managed to get one right, I was sort of satisfied but still unsure. Now that I've successfully built 4 of them and decked out my board with them, I can say these live up to the hype. These cables are a joke. They make it seem so simple in the video but I cant for the life of me get the copper to pop into the Jack's like it's supposed to. It's honestly the most infuriating thing I've ever dealt with as a musician, which is saying a lot considering I've worked with some real characters over the years.
