Bought these to complete a full re-haul on an Epiphone Les Paul Custom. The knobs were a little loose as the CTS pots I used were not "Gibson". However, it was an easy fix with by adding a small layer of masking tape along the pot shafts to tighten the gap. On a side note, I had a mixup on my original order from PayPal's end, but I was surprised at how great the customer service… read more was to expedite my order once the issue was resolved with Delvin, my sales rep. Definitely an overall great experience, both with respect to the competitive price AND customer service.

I bought the Gibson Top Hat Knobs with gold inserts to spruce up the dull look of my factory Speed Knobs. The quality is very good on these knobs. SweetWaters price was very low as well. They offer free shipping which made them the cheapest place to order. This was my first order through SweetWater and I'm blown away at how fast it arrived. They are also very customer focused.
