I've used them for years. Great for everything. Chugging metal to intricate finger style hybrid picking is all there. Brilliant design. These with my 2006 American Tele into a Fender Deluxe= Guitar Heaven.

This one happens to be mine. Once you go down the jazz pick road, "normal" picks will never feel the same again."Hold on loosely, but don't let go" I'm not going to say this is the greatest pick since wound strings, because everyone has their own idiosyncrasies with their gear. For me, over time, this has become my "go to" pick for just about anything other than folky stuff that read more I want a very thin pick for to get the percussive sound against the strings. It has just enough give to let me play rhythm (which is what I do mostly), but hold it just a bit firmer and I can play single note lines with no trouble. But I don't play super fast stuff - mostly blues and jazz with some rock thrown in (it all sounds like blues to me).If you're looking to play 16th notes at 240bpm, look elsewhere. But you already knew that :)
