They last forever.

When I (RE)started playing... again... I was going through some old stored bills and paperwork and found one of these from the late 80's/early 90's and it was just missing the ink since I used it all the time. For the last 4-5 months I've been playing again it got mixed in with the brand new ones I have and the only way I know my old one is in there is the missing ink. These babies read more last forever. Well, except for the ink. If you don't lose your picks these will last forever. These will be dug up by future generations and reused. They're awesome. Get some.

I’ve tried them all...

I began my search for the perfect pick about a year ago. I've bought them all, ranging from inexpensive to very expensive. I kept coming back to the purple Tortex for electric. There's still enough release for strumming but the pick is very stable for fast single note play as well. The longer you use it, the better it feels in your fingers. My search is over. It's purple for read more electric and green for acoustic.

The best there is!

I have been using these picks for 25 years. They wear nicely over vast periods of time. They seemingly last forever. Ii like they way they grip and the way they hit the strings. I am able to pick faster, longer and more consistently with these. Try them!

Best Picks Ever

Hello! I've been playing guitar for five months now, and through that time many picks have been snapped, or reduced to a nub at the edge. But when I took my first plunge for the Dunlop purples, this all changed. Before my picks (I tried both Medium and Heavy) would either snap or be flattened out, the Dunlop's blew me away. I'm still on my first one from the day I bought the bag. read more (Versus the more expensive picks I got! Who knew?) I consider myself a hard hitting player, so I went through strings and picks a lot. But with these Dunlop picks giving me the extra grip, bite and security while playing, it no longer happens :) It may be a long review for picks but these are the real deal. I don't give these reviews out like the candy Sweetwater gave me with my order. So take it from me.. if you want great picks, go for the Dunlop's. Sweetwater has got you covered every step of the way.

Great Picks

I've been using these picks for months now. Being a rock/metal lead guitarist, it is absolutely necessary that the pick doesn't flex over strings, it's also important (to me, anyway) that the pick be as thin as possible while still fitting the previous qualification. I'm unsure of what factors lead into this, maybe the plastic used in making these, but these picks have the rigidity read more necessary to play at high speed without being bogged down like heavier picks.
