You feel it
LOVE this cab. I run 2 of these with a Grandmeister deluxe 40 and it really moves air. Way move then I need for playing at home but the feeling is awesome. Highly recommended!
Awesome cab!
There's not a lot more I can add to the other reviews here other than to give my thumbs up. All of my amps sound great through this cab. I can't imagine any amp not sounding great. It's the main recording cab in my studio and I like to set it up initially with client amp heads so they can A/B it against their cab especially if we're trying to get a focused, iso-booth kind of sound.… read more It's built like a tank but doesn't weigh a ton. The sound is full and very focused and the speakers break in nicely. Highly recommended. I'd love it if they offered this cab with other speaker configurations.
Huge sound in a small package
Great sounding, well engineered and built like a tank. This amp is loaded with practical features noise gate, Modulation, Delay and Reverb. The Red Box emulated out with various settings sounds as good as I've heard. Hughes & Kettner covered all the bases with this affordable package for the gigging musician and recording engineer as well. Many Thanks to Sweetwater and Allan Carter.… read more If its worth having Sweetwater has it.
H & K TubeMeister Extension Cab
What makes a good companion to the Hughes & Kettner Amp Heads? Answer: Celestion Vintage 30 speakers! The speakers within this cabinet sound great! All that's needed is a Guitar to push whatever genre you want through the cabinet speakers. The cabinet is strong, sturdy, & ready to challenge the test of time either in your home studio or on the road. Highly Recommended!
Tubemeister 36 + 212 cab
I must have looked at 100 different amp / cab combinations before choosing this one, It has exceeded any & all expectations. I wanted a tube amp and vintage 30 speakers for studio use, and even with this amp at 1 watt, it is LOUD ! The clean tones are a thing to behold, I'm still dialing in the crunch & lead tones, and playing around with a tube screamer pedal.
