Huge sound difference

I noticed another reviewer was not happy with the gritty sound than can be heard when the edges of these picks pass over the strings. To me that is a preference thing (and something i happen to love about these picks). Given that it is a preference thing, and not a decent or failure of the product, it doesn't seem right to sing them for it in a review. I have also found that the… read more picks add a clarity or bite to the sound that i really enjoy. Switching to a tortex or acetal pick after using these feels like turning the treble and/or presence on your amp. Now that I've found these, I'll never use anything else.

Bright but scratchy

So I bought these as an alternative to Dunlop Ultex. I was hoping the matte finish would give me a better grip, which it did. These definitely give a bright attack, but there is also the scratchy sound of the pick against string. In my opinion, this is the only downfall of the product.
