This product is absolutely amazing. It came with every single tool I needed and even replaced my old ones that didn't work so well. The pad is very safe (at first I expected that the pad was going to be too thin, making it rough on the guitar. But it's perfect and very thick) the neck holder is perfect and rests the guitar easily.
