For starters the service from Sweetwater was perfect as usual, they're not the issue. The cabinet just has a couple issues that are just unacceptable for what i paid for it. #1 the cabinet is made from birch as advertised but the back panel that you remove to service the speakers is MDF, it's garbage and added weight that shouldn't have been installed in a cabinet that cost this… read more much. #2 they cheaped out on the feet and they don't have a metal washer built into the rubber foot, so just barely scooting the cabinet the rubber feet will pop off. This wasn't a cheap cabinet and the quality is just crap. The matching head i bought sounds great but had a bad tube within the first month. Vox's quality is mediocre.
Those ALNICO Blue speakers are terrific

These are the speakers that came in the original VOX amps. Definitely gives the VOX tone! Just looks at the prices of the blue speakers vs the green or V30... There is a reason. GREAT cab.
