PERFECT!
Well made product with Sweetwater great service.
Excellent Product!
As an amateur guitarist I've been suffering from hand fatigue for years due to being a "hurried" player trying to balance family, work, and playing. This product has gotten me over the hump and playing better than ever with stronger hands! I can now play bar chords way up the neck on my classical with ease.
Very clever product!
I think the thing I like the most about the VariGrip are all the different ways you can use it. I have a lot of trouble with barre cords, so what I do is put the tension up on the first 3 "buttons" and use it work out my index finger, laying across the buttons. I'll be at work at my desk, holding and releasing over and over, and through time you will build up that index finger/thumb… read more strength. Also the dummy "strings' on that are hidden under the rubber grip are really good at building up calluses. The product is very well made as well. For this price it is a no brainer.
Great product!
I fidget with things a lot at work and this is perfect because it strengthens my fingers at the same time!
Yeah -- THIS
Other than the typical (hydration, etc.) things that prevent cramping, this little device is the ticket. The further ya are beyond 30, the more important it is. Barre chord marathons in particular often cause hand cramping. Using this about 5-10 minutes before a gig, right before an intense set, or even after, really helps prevent the cramps, or abates them if they set in. It's… read more like a universal gym set for your fingers. Don't just let it in the guitar case either -- use it pre/mid & post. A small price to pay. Having to pry your fingers off the fretboard gets old in a hurry.
