Simple and great guitar strap
Very surprised at the quality and workmanship for this USA made strap. Then again I have a purchased a few other LM guitar straps and then all are tops. Design and build is well thought out. I decided to put this on my Stratocaster and it is perfect in my opinion. The shoulder pad is comfortable, wide and sits just right. There is a good amount of flexibility available to adjust… read more the length. Really great for the money as well.
Better than I expected!
Alright, here's the deal: I'm a step junkie. I have more straps than I have instruments to put them on, and I switch them out like same people switch belts. I love super-skinny vintage style straps, and I got this on a whim because it was well priced and appeared to be good quality. Honestly, I'm blown away. I can't believe how good the quality is, especially for the money. The… read more leather is sturdy but soft, not the cheap stiff press stuff nor the paper thin stuff - it's the geuinine article. The color is great, and it's two-tone with a contrasting underside. You *could* actually flip it to the opposite colorway (you'd still have the original colorway for the pad). Let's be real: if you wanted a strap that just "works" you could get almost anything. You could also play a headless MIDI guitar straight to the PA, but there's a reason we lug heavy tube amps and beat up Teles, and it's because we're rock and roll masochists who want to look cool. And this strap looks cool as hell. I wasn't sure I'd be into the double-adjustable buckles, but they work well and the little tails don't get in the way. It's truly a skinny strap, too, which is nice because in my experience, there are a lot of vintage style straps available now that are pretty wide (which is fine too, but I like this style). Now I just have to try not to buy one in every color.
