The most beautiful sounding acoustic guitar!

Chris Butts

I've been playing guitar for the past 22+ years and only in the past 10 years have I gotten into playing acoustic. I've played many different makes and models but I always seem to gravitate towards Yamaha acoustics. A buddy of mine who is the worship leader for the church I used to attend bought a TransAcoustic solid-body for the church. After strumming the first chord on it, I read more fell in love with it! The built-in reverb and chorus are enough to make a musicians ears perk up and just gives me chills because it sounds so beautiful. I had placed an order to reserve a solid-body TA because they were out of stock and then about a week later, I get an email about a few B-Stock TA's that were on sale. I called Darius Beatz and he quickly cancelled my other order and for about $40 more, I got this beautiful black cutaway. Arrived in the mail about 4 days later and I couldn't wait to get it out of the box and start playing it. Everything on this guitar is perfect and even came with a technician inspection card showing all the aspects of the guitar had been gone over. Also, the guitar came with Elixir strings which is yet another bonus because those are my preferred strings! All in all, a great buying experience and I now have the guitar that I will play for decades to come!

Terrific Guitar

I saw this guitar on You Tube, and although I was a little hesitant about buying a guitar online, I decided to give a try. Before it was shipped, I was sent several Hi Res photos of it which was great. It arrived double boxed, and in perfect condition. The set up was fine for me right out of the box. This guitar has such a nice rich even tone to it even without the the on board electronics. read more However, switch on the chorus and or reverb and the sound becomes glorius. The Elixir strings are smooth and friendly to the touch. The spruce top has fine tight grain and looks great. Couldn't find any flaws in the finish. I haven't tried it through an amp yet, so I can't rate that. Always like a cutaway feature too. I highly recommend it.

This Guitar is a game changer!

The Yamaha TransAcoustic is so much fun to play. The first time you use the echo and chorus it will forever change how you hear acoustic guitars. It makes it hard to go back to a standard acoustic after hearing this one. Love the Brown-Sunburst color and all hardware seems to be top quality. Setup was pretty good right out of the box but I use a little thinner 11-52 strings. Very read more happy with this purchase and I love letting friends play it and then switching on the electronics and see the look on their faces :)
