Found my "perfect strings" 10-46 weren't good enough for my D standard Tuning and 10-52 didn't feel right. These feel perfect and balanced don't be afraid of 11, 14, 18 strings they don't feel much different from the 10, 13, 17s

Always tough finding strings that do everything for you. These are as good as it gets for me personally. With these you don't have to change strings every few days and they sound great. No dullness and not overly bright either. Elixers just feel nice and slippery to me. Just need to change them when the intonation gets messed up after a few weeks. Really disappointed that they sell… read more the other gauges in discounted three packs, but not the 11s :(

Elixir has been my go to brand of string since they hit the market. I use them on acoustic, electric, and bass. I decided to try these not long ago on my 72 Telecaster Deluxe RI. Its the string that Ive always wanted for electric guitar. Its a coated string that feels like a non coated string. Half the noise, twice the life, and tone. Great Tone for the life of the string.
