I was looking for something different on my ES-175. I've used TI Jazz Swing flats for years. I have no idea why I didn't just stick with them. The Gibson strings are stiff, clangy and horrible. I put them on and immediately removed them, putting my old set of TI flats back on.

These are perfect for archtops but they also sound amazing on my 335 and tele. Dark but not at all muddy, and they feel incredibly: smooth but not too soft.
