Bought this recently as an upgrade for my Gibson 335. Touring with that Great American Band NiteShift presents a hazard to the guitar when being handled by sub humans. The protection this case offers is highly Sprontacious. If you have a guitar of value and want it protected, this case is for you.

I had purchased a Firefly FF338 and was looking for a suitable hard case. I searched on the basis of the Gibson ES-335 that the Firefly was patterned after. On one case after another, I saw people complaining that the cases were too deep, leaving the guitar balanced upon the neck cradle. I took careful measurements of my guitar and checked them against the dimensions listed for… read more the cases, and I could see that was going to be a problem for me as well. Adding "thinline" to the search led me to this case. The measurements looked good, and the reviews were excellent, so I placed the order. I couldn't be happier. My guitar fits beautifully inside. The construction is solid, and the interior well-padded. The five latches all have TSA locks on them, so if you need to check your guitar on a flight, you are ready to go.

After 50+ years it was time to get a new case for this old girl. Perfect fit, solid construction. Wish the storage compartment was a little bigger, but not really a big issue. The inspection team signals their approval!
