I got mine when I found a Gibson SG Supreme on the used wall at GC- That I bought. The guitar and case work well together. I share it with my Dad- we both love the neck, and the sound. But when we give it back, there is a 2 hour trip involved. This case cradles every time. Comes out playing as well as when it went in. Gear pocket barely fits a Franklin 3" padded glove leather strap.… read more It's a huge strap, and everyone I own are the same when in the case. A plain nylon or an unpadded leather strap should fit with room to spare.

I'm really liking these SKB guitar cases with the TSA latches. Very sturdy, enough storage space, and seal up nice. I also got the 000 size for an acoustic-electric. And "Yes" it will fit the new Epiphone figured Sg's with a little encouragement. As always, great save by my rep Andrew.

I have an SG that I purchased from Sweetwater. What I did not realize when I purchased it is that Gibson only sends it with a gigbag.... a nice gig bag. I needed a real case for this excellent guitar, so enter the SKB case. This case fits perfectly with the SG and the construction is first rate ... Real protection I give this a top rating . Just got this for Christmas to help keep my Gibson SG 60s Tribute safe. My mom was raving over the customer service of Sweetwater while I was raving over how perfect this case is.
