These are a great set of strings especially for on the go or beginners and they did not strain my hand and wasnt as hard on my fingers which was a win in my opinion

I just put a set of these on my Taylor 320e dreadnought as part of an experiment to find "the best" strings for that guitar. These are o.k., a little easier on the fingers than a set of D'addario 13s I just had and about the same volume though not quite as bright. Didn't like the elixirs the guitar came with. So far, my faves in this test are the the DR sunbeams 13s with the Martin read more SP 92/8 flexible cores running a close second. These last two are more comfortable than the elixirs, have better tone and are easier on the touch. The Sunbeams keep their fresh sound longer than any of them, since the elixirs are kind of dull, comparatively, to begin with. Compared to the Earthwoods, the Sunbeams are noticeably louder as well. Like I say, the earthwoods are O.K. strings, but just O.K.

I received these strings roughly a week and a half ago and promptly put them on my favorite acoustic. The first couple of days playing with these, they were beautiful, easily the best strings I'd ever tried. Unfortunately, that didn't last. After about four days, the strings started sounding a little dull. Now a week after that, they look and sound very dull. I was very disappointed read more that they didn't last very long at all, because they really did sound great at first. Would not purchase these again.
