Great on Guild D55
I picked up the guitar two years ago. My "starter" guitar is a 2013 Guild D55 ... which is really my guitar for life because I can't find an accoustic that sounds better. After two years, I replaced the strings. I tried light strings (sounded horrible) and medium coated strings (sounded better, but not great). I'm getting the deep, rich, clear sound that attracted me to the Guild in the first place. If you have a Guild D55 try these on your next string swap. You won't be disappointed.

I get these in 13's, and they are huge and heavy but I tune them down to D#, and they sound so good.
