Every pack consistently fails
The Octave course (g specifically) always snaps. Maybe an 8 is too light for such a thing... The unwrapped strings have a tendency to unravel at the ball end.. Some sets have only lasted a week. Some only a day. I do not find these reliable at all. When they're not busy failing, the tone is decent for the lighter gauge. I wouldn't say I have a heavy touch (not super light either)… read more and have checked for burrs on the bridge and saddles. Yet the green pack still has these issues. Maybe on a shorter scale guitar or tuned down a 1/2 step these might work, but for me, I'll try something else.
Best 12 string Electric set. Period.
This is the set I throw on any 12-string electric. Ernie ball strings just sound better than other brands on electrics (imho.) This 12 string set is on the light side which really helps with playability and string spacing (especially on lower end guitars like danelectros etc.) Solid buy.
