Classic ernie ball rock n roll pure nickle 09/42
After 40 years of playing guitar , I am convinced these strings are the best. If jimmy page , jeff beck , joe walsh , endorse these . That's good enough for me ....
Softer feel and warmer sound than wound
These are pure nickel, not nickel wound and the difference is so nice on the fingers. Softer feel on the fingers and a warmer sound than wound. Highly recommended!
Classic Rock Sound
I have been using Ernie Ball Super Slinky's strings for years. A guitar friend suggested that I try a set of Rock N Roll Super Slinky's. After installing these strings, I was amazed at the sound that they produced. Pure Old School Rock N Roll. These strings are now on all of my guitars. They just Rock.
Warmer tone and softer feel
Been playing D'Addario for 30+ years and was happy until I tried these. Softer feel is not only easier on my fingers but my bending is more expressive and fun. Warmer tone is a plus for blues. I've been playing these twice a week for a year now and love 'em.
Classic Rock n Roll
These strings take me back to when I first started playing. I used to use the Dean Markley Magnum strings and they had this soft spongy feel to them that I missed in other strings for several years. These strings take me right back to that soft feel and warm tone. Love these strings!
