Figured I'd give these a try on my Silverstone archtop, glad I have they sound great and actually easier to tune because they sound so clear. But I went with the medium where I had extra lite of another brand so I need to do some string dropping and fine tuning to these cause I believe I'll stay with these.

I look for three things in a string: tone, durability, and affordability. This string is the best example I've found of all three of those things coming in the same package. They are loud, round, and not overly bright after initial play-in, and maintain a good fundamental longer than the phosphor-bronze I'd been using. They seem to withstand humidity well (though I wasn't using… read more them in the swampiest of months). And they feel good after a little play. I use them on both my Martin and J-45, and they transformed the Gibson. Get 'em.

These strings are so articulate and sound so much better than standard 80/20 or other common acoustic alloys that it outrageous. Never thought the alloys could have so much of an effect on tone. Purchased a dozen and I don't regret it.

I've been a Pro Guitar player for 57 years .. no strings come close to these strings. My cascading harmonics sound Crytal clear. Note definition is the best I've heard!

Best Sounding Acoustic Strings I've ever played..... Hands down. My Cascading Harmonics are crystal clear, for Travis Thumb picking they sound amazing. Note definition is stunning!!!
