Great product but…
These strings are great but if you have longer a guitar over 27" scale the 74 string won't long enough to fit. I put them on my agile 828 intrepid custom with a 28.5" scale length.
My favorite on a Warmoth scale baritone
Not sure what the other review are talking about. I play these on a converted Telecaster with strings through body. While the lowest string's taper is below the nut they play fine and give excellent tension for the 28.5 inch scale.
DON'T BUY FOR BARITONE LENGTH 8 STRINGS
These strings would be great, if the taper was longer. Don't buy if your 8 string is 28" or more. I tried to string my schecter with them and the taper was about an inch too short. They work perfectly if your guitar has a scale length of 27" or less, but don't be like me and buy 3 packs of them thinking they would be the right size.
Scale length
Great strings but only if your 8 string is in the scale length of 25.5"! So no baritone lengths like 26.5" or 27" etc. The low F# strings last winding just goes past the nut so you can string it through your tuning machine still. Great strings thou!!!
