I will say that there is no better deal on pedals going than the 3 series by JHS. I own a couple of these pedals and they are awesome! The Hall Reverb has become the favorite pedal on my board. Lush, ambient reverbs abound in this pedal. You can dial in so many different sounds with this pedal. From giant hall/church reverb to small room echos, deadened walls to infinite trails.… read more It's all there. And the Modulate switch is the icing on the cake. Flip it on and it increases the richness of the verb and creates really nice ambience. Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a reverb pedal, buy this one.

I'm a big fan of hall reverb--the Earthquaker Dispatch Master being my favorite. I saw JHS put out this budget Hall reverb and heard a demo of it on youtube. I can tell you that this is a truly outstanding hall reverb. You wouldn't think it, but this thing does ambient 'verb like a champ. With the decay all the way up, it's nearly infinite. That may not be your thing, but it's… read more on tap if you want it and its lower decay settings are outstanding as well. It should also be mentioned that this has a modulation switch that does a detuned reverb that does remind me a bit of the DM. It's slightly different, but it's outstanding. Snag this cheap, excellent reverb! Simple, but sometimes you don't need a ton of options--just a pedal that does one thing very well. Thanks to Jonathan for his dealing with my G.A.S.!
