I use this for a full-size floor model of the Line 6 Helix, and it's fabulous! It's a little large if you only want to carry the Helix in it; but I use the extra space for cables, etc. Cubed foam is easier to work with for shaping around things, but I just leave out the center pad altogether. It seems to hold the Helix in place just fine. I haven't flight tested it, but it's been… read more in and out of my trunk many times; it kept the water out during a rainstorm; and it's kept the Helix in perfect working order for about 4 years and counting. The only problem I've had is a broken pressure valve, which SKB sent out a replacement part for quickly and for free with no questions asked. The part was very, very easy to replace in about 5 minutes. I have been very impressed by this case, and I would absolutely purchase another one if it did break. In fact, I'm currently looking at similar cases for other equipment. This has been worth every single penny.
