This is the second loaded pickguard that I have installed on Stratocasters. Their prewired controls are also very good.

This loaded pickgaurd from Mojotone was exactly what I was looking for. The tones are wonderful. There was a little work i had to do on the install. I had to remove wood from the pickup rout for the bridge humbucker to drop in. It was around 3/8" of an inch of material that I took out with a router. I have a 2017-ish Fender MIM 60s Classic Player, which is an OK guitar, but Fender faithfully (and naturally) reproduced the one thing about the old Strats that I hate - buzzy pickups! Most noiseless replacements change the tone detrimentally, so I was stuck - I wanted to preserve the tone and eliminate the buzz. And I decided on black, which gave the Strat a new look, while I was about it. Long story shortened - I have exactly what I wanted, classic Strat tones, some new ones, and NO NOISE!. The installation - not including the routing - was dead simple, anyone could do it. I am very satisfied with the product, and Sweetwater's service was - as always - impeccable.

Happy so far!

I got this to drop into my tobacco burst 2019 Squire Affinity and as advertised, it dropped in prefect. Hooking the wires was a piece of cake. Some minor adjustments needed to be made and I may have to adjust the pick ups but over all, very pleased!

Just What the Doctor Ordered

I purchased the Mojo Tone unit to replace the pickups on a Fender Player Strat which I had bought used. The improvement in overall tone was immediate in all pickup positions. And, these are quiet.
