I have two acoustics that I tried this out on, both set up well, but with completely different string gauges. My Larrivée has D'Addario NB 12-53, and my Gretsch Jim Dandy has D'Addario Silk and Steel strings. The Paige was not useable with either guitar. No matter the orientation of the capo, there would be strings that would buzz constantly. After setting the capo just tight enough read more to not have buzzing open strings, any small bend would push the string up and it would be just tight enough to not come back into position. The back side sticks out making it uncomfortable to play many first position chords (the whole point of a capo IMO). I liked the idea of keeping the capo on my guitar at all times, but I think I will just stick with using a Shubb and putting it in my pocket.

In my opinion best capo on the market. The profile of this capo allows for it to be placed directly on the fret; in essence making act as a nut rather than acting as a finger for a barre chord. The new clear sleeves are a definite improvement to this already perfect capo.
