Great looking case that I initially thought too big for domestic carry-on. Not true! I bought the case to protect a Keith Urban guitar with sentimantal value on its journey back home when I relocated to Australia. I had a soft shell but wanted to make sure that it was protected if I had to check it in. Once I resigned myself to the fact that the case was actually the protection… read more and I didn't neet to box it up, checkin was a breeze, and I was offered to take it to the cabin door on American Airlines if I wanted to. Given I had made the big decisions already, I checked it through to Australia and its contents arrived in perfect shape. A good robust unit. Can't say enough good things about the personal service, reliability and overall good feeling of dealing with Sweetwater - old fashioned human contact with real follow up and everything happens as they say it will! Great product and great experience with Sweetwater - no I am not on commission :)

Protect your gear with peace of mind

They were not kidding about it being a snug fit. After a few weeks it loosens up just a little, but is still very snug. In the beginning you wonder if the Yamaha FG800 will even fit. And it does very nicely. It is nice not having to worry about anything happening to your equipment while it is tucked away in this case. The accessories pocket inside gives you plenty of room to store… read more spare strings, picks, and a few other items. Fits Perfect!

Just ordered a demo for 71.00. Can't find a mark on it. I've been using a soft case but I'm playing out more now so this will work great. A very sturdy, well built case.

Amazing hardshell case

A perfect replacement for an old guitar, fits like a glove!

My original case for this 30+ year old guitar was lost in an unfortunate flooding accident in a storage unit. Lucky for me the guitar was no in the case at the time! This case is a perfect replacement. My only acoustic guitar, a Yamaha FG-450, fits perfectly in this case, and barring any unforeseen incidents this one should last the rest of it's life.
