Just replaced the pickups in my Les Paul studio with Seymour Duncan Antiquity humbuckers. WOW what a difference! Clarity is superb and I can now use the full range of both volume and tone knobs. While they do seem a little thinner than the stock pickups (with the same amp settings) the sound is more pleasing to my ears. Been playing guitar for over 60 year's and and this is my first… read more pickup swap. I could have saved thousands of dollars by switching pickups instead of guitars all these years.
