I've been rocking a stock Gibson LP JR Special P90 for a few years, and I love the feel, how easy it was to setup, the look...pretty much everything about it...except the pickups; they just seemed sharp/icepickish. Well, I just popped in one of these antiquities in a couple months ago, and frankly, the out of tune, sloppy E chord I first hit with this bad boy installed sounded like… read more a rock opera. This pickup is everything I ever wanted a pickup to be (other than quiet, but that's just P90s for ya [an EH Hum Debugger will fix that up for ya]). I cannot endorse this pickup enough. Save up your milk money and buy this.
