Real squealers
I recently purchased a Fender Mustang with P90 single coil pickups and decided to replace them because them hummed so badly. I put the Seymour Duncan (expensive) P90 Antiquity PUPs in it. I was very disappointed to find out they squeal like a pig when you put ANY level of volume or gain to them. I have Duncans in many of my guitars and these were by far the worst. I bought another… read more set of cheap pickups and plan to replace the SD's. Not at ALL worth the money.

This thing sounds great, no doubt about it, BUT they made the frame so wide that the plastic cover rests on top of the frame, leaving a gap where the cover usually goes inside of the guitars body. If you screw it down to where the gap no longer shows, your pickup is too far away from the strings, and the sound suffers. That being said, it's one killer sounding pickup, I can't… read more even imagine it sounding any better. However I wanted it to appear stock, and that's never going to happen.
