Excellent Ambient Tones

This very well-built and compact unit features myriad shades of ambience with the additional ability to control the "travel" of the reverb tail via expression pedal. It also features noiseless switches, which is something I prefer. There's nothing here but greatness.

Never getting rid of it

I play a lot of different genres of music, ranging from worship to metalcore, and this pedal is perfect for all of it! The three settings are all great and usable. I currently use the Orion setting as my standard, always-on reverb, and then the Canis Major setting as a swell and pad platform. Couldn't recommend this more!

Great Pedal

This a very dynamic and powerful pedal. If you"re looking for a great sounding reverb with a shimmer option, this might be the one for you. The "mass" and "travel" can take you from a beautiful, standard plate-like reverb at lower settings and into another universe when you push them more and more to the right. The dual octaves on the shimmer get pretty bright in the Ursa Major read more setting but never get to the point where they sound harsh. I have yet to explore the foot-switch inputs to see what they can do, but it"s nice to have that option as well. I only wish they would have kept the "mode" toggle switches on top instead of moving them to the side of the pedal, but I doubt it"ll be much of an issue going forward. Just a great pedal.

Shimmering Skies

The best shimmer reverb on the market in my opinion. Celestial is the perfect description, there is no end to the joy of playing through this box. Easy to dial in and the twin controls makes for a nice swift changeup when you need it. The "glow" control can dial out the shimmer if you need a more traditional hall or chamber reverb, or dime it for sounds strait from the heavens. read more I cannot recommend Matthew"s Effects enough.
