Needs improvement
firstly, as soon as i put them on, the A string was so flubby sounding; low sustain, low volume, low tone etc. it wasnt playable at all, so i replaced it. Secondly, the e string broke after about 15 hours of total practice time. so I replaced the e string with another thomastik-infeld jazz string which broke after a few hours. At that point i decided to just put on a new set of… read more strings. The sound is good though. Although they're pretty much just a cheap version of the George Benson jazz strings (except roundwound). By that I mean, they have pretty much all the same characteristics, just not as good. My experience overall with thomastik infeld jazz electric strings is they're pretty awesome and sound great, but they break easily, which isn't good considering the price.
