This capo is built great, I've used 5 other capos in the past and they broke, this one hasn't yet. The 2 people that has pit 3 stars on this product are picky pieces of crap. Don't listen to them.

Always my go-to capo. They last forever. I use this one on my Martin J-15 12String. Fits perfectly.

After my cheap but pristine guitar neck was marred by non-adjustable capo, I was bummed out. I received the Shubb and was astounded how little tension needed to bar the strings. Live and learn. As a bonus, the nickel finish and design look really looks good with nickel tuners. This capo is a bargain!

I had this crappy plastic capo with a nylon strap. It was impossible to adjust. I just got this one in the mail, and it's really awesome. Fits perfectly and isn't too tight.
