This is the first "suitcase" style guitar case I've purchased, as all my others were more the molded type. Size-wise its about the same as my old Fender case. It feels slightly heavier, but it definitely protects the guitar. I like the size of the accessory compartment, allowing me to store my guitar strap, tuner, etc. I find the shape of the case makes it easier for me to load… read more my other equipment around it, IE: Bose PA, amp, gig bags. Highly recommend this case.

I purchased this case for my Fender Tele because I wanted the vintage feel of a Tweed for my Dreamcaster.This fits the bill nicely,and my Tele fits perfectly in it,no moving around at all.Neck and body are fully supported,plush interior is sweet.Built solid and should hold up well.Looks chilly cool,too...Awesome,Sweetwater!

Got this tweed case as a home for my vintage Fender Strat. Quality seems very good, especially considering the price point. I compared to the more expensive G&G offering with Fender branding and "Poodle" inner lining, but reviews were not so good for that one, with concerns over build quality (funny misalignments, etc.) and the latching/locking hardware being the main concerns.… read more Hardware on this case seems to be reliable and of good quality. This one is at least as sturdy as the period non-fender case my Strat was in, much better looking and the Fender brand. I don't have big demands to make of this case, and I don't plan to fly with it, otherwise I'd have bought a TSA approved. This will get the protective storage job done while making it look good until I find that correct vintage Fender case to go with my old Strat, and then it can house another Strat/Tele!! Woo!!

I skimped on an aftermarket case for my tele that didn't fit it well (too big). I unloaded it and spent the few extra bucks for this beauty. Stunning looks and fits my Tele/Strat perfectly. Buy it!
