For beginners and beyond
Bought this as my first nylon string guitar. Been playing steel acoustic for years, but never so much as touched a classical style. So naturally I went with Cordoba, noted maker for all ages and experience. And I was certainly right to! A great sounding guitar, quality construction for the price, and the thin-line body is SUPER comfortable.
Awesome guitar, great sound and playability
I got this for Christmas and it has been great. I play electric and (since this guitar) acoustic/classical. It has a great neck profile and no major issues (besides one fret with semi-serious fret buzz...I will have to get that fixed at some point). 10/10, loads of fun and looks absolutely stunning. The mahogany sides and back are beautiful, as is the cedar top
Can't be beat for the price
Crystal clear mids and highs, I have recorded with it, it'd absolutely awesome and very comfortable to play. Get it setup low and it's a dream to play. Fishman electronics are great. I have recorded with it professionally.
Love the guitar and service.
I have had more than 20 guitars in my life, from Gibson Super 400, ES 175 and ES 165 and several lesser expensive models. This guitar is for one of three sons who now play. At this price I was surprised at the quality of the instrument. The playability was remarkable, thanks to the setup by the Sweetwater staff. I have always been satisfied by Sweetwater s follow up.
Good Sound
I rate guitars on price points. A two hundred dollar guitar generally does not play as well as a more expensive one. I bought this guitar to use in my show where the nylon classical sound is needed. This guitar is super lightweight and narrow. It does not have the depth of a full body guitar. The sound lacks a little bass. You make this up with your amp and the Fishman electronics… read more on the guitar. It works out perfectly for me. I am content with the sound and the price is good. I would chose a different instrument if this was the only one I played and it was the centerpiece of my show. I would go for a larger bodied guitar with better electronics. That being said. I find this one good for me and affordable.
